* Update loci from branch 'master'
  to 5e7e2faaa0cd1575993ded171db3d01facf91bd1
  - Refactor build scripts

    * Move reusable snippets to the library script helpers.sh
      as functions
    * Use separate scripts for building requirements and project
      images
