Update git submodules

* Update kolla-ansible from branch 'master'
  to 07b261bb86381f0c736289f31593d542e6238310
  - Merge "Add support for Debian Trixie (13)"
  - Add support for Debian Trixie (13)

    Remove /etc/timezone bind mount since Debian does not provide
    that file anymore.
