Update git submodules

* Update keystoneauth from branch 'master'
  to 0a7914b70f80ab8a469bda53f49d5494e308b566
  - Merge "typing: Simplify mypy configuration"
  - typing: Simplify mypy configuration

    mypy now correctly handles ignores on modules when strict is enabled on
    the top-level module.
