Makefile: remove unused ronn variables

In commit 8945cbff81dd745edbecd888938aecde59cc5687 of PR #5054 we
ceased using the "ronn" Ruby gem to generate our manual pages from
their source files, and so the RONN* variables in our Makefile are
no longer used and can now be removed.
