Update git submodules

* Update manila from branch 'master'
  to a8a5111c4d622c9a476e1ba4c0634c16c1896f6f
  - Merge "Replace glanceclient with openstacksdk"
  - Replace glanceclient with openstacksdk

    The glance client will be deprecated one day. Projects using it should
    switch to using the OpenStack SDK instead.
